About our Festival

The Timehri Film Festival (TFF) is an annual film festival, aimed at showcasing the work of Guyanese and Caribbean filmmakers in the Region and Diaspora. The Festival is hosted by the Caribbean Film Academy (CAFA), in partnership with the Caribbean-American culture blog, Rewind & Come Again (RACA). This year, we will be partnering with Green Screen TT, the Environmental Film Festival in Trinidad & Tobago, and the Iwokrama International Centre for Rainforest Conservation and Development, in Guyana.

The Caribbean Film Academy

Rewind and Come Again

The site has since grown to include content covering the expression of Caribbean culture throughout the diaspora. Dedicated to digging beneath stereotypical representations of the region, RACA works to shine a light on and spark conversations about the evolution of the Caribbean experience.
